Our Story
The Heart Behind the Movement
Level Up Collective is more than a nonprofit, it’s a movement built on real stories, lived experiences, and the belief that relationships create lasting change. We know the struggles young people face, because many of us have lived them ourselves. From guiding a child as young as five to walking alongside young adults stepping into independence at twenty-five, we understand the power one person can have to change a life.
Our Board of Directors was intentionally chosen from all walks of life; each bringing unique expertise and personal perspective. Together, we ensure Level Up isn’t just about programs, but about people. We’re here to build sustainable opportunities, break cycles, and create a community where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered.
At Level Up, it’s not about transactions, it’s about transformation. And whether you’re a child, a young adult, or a donor, sponsor, or volunteer wanting to pour into the next generation, you’re part of this story too.

The Level Up Clothing Closet
Confidence starts with showing up prepared. Our Clothing Closet provides professional and interview-ready attire for those stepping into new opportunities. We also celebrate milestones by offering prom dresses, tuxedos, and formal wear so no young person misses out on life’s big moments because of financial barriers.

Community Care Initiatives
We believe in meeting real needs with real action. Our Community Care Projects include Back-to-School drives, holiday adoptions, and year-round outreach events that provide supplies, resources, and hope. These initiatives ensure that every child, teen, and young adult feels supported, valued, and cared for. because no one should walk alone.
